HD Footage-

All filming is done in High Definition on all packages. Please note that Blu Ray discs will not play on standard DVD players.

Please ensure that you select the correct DVD request both on the Date enquiry form and also on the Guest information form to ensure that your DVD's will play correctly on the equipment you have available.

Please note that the package price for HD DVD's & Standard DVD's are the same as all footage is filmed in HD format.

No price reduction will be on offer for Standard DVD requests.

Booking a Wedding:-

Church Service:-

Permission is required from the Church / Hotel for the service to be filmed. Capture the moment are not responsible for

obtaining this permission and cannot accept responsibility if the filming of the service is refused.

Please ensure that permission is granted before selecting this on the guest Information form as if selected then

we automatically assume you have been granted permission.

Filming of the Service:-

We always try to get the best possible camera points in the church / hotels but on certain occasions this is controlled by the Vicar/ Registrar.

For this reason we may be further away from the Bride & Groom than we would like to be and this may affect the footage recorded.

Please appreciate that this is totally out of our control and we have to respect the wishes of those in charge of proceedings.

Also when recording we cannot be held responsibly for children interfering with the sound tracks during filming such

as crying / running around / screaming etc. If possible we advise people to take the  the children out of the church / hotel for a short period

 for time especially during the important wedding vows. If people choose to ignore this then it could potentially ruin the most important

part of the day that you want to see and hear on the DVD. Please appreciate that it is impossible for us to remove these interferences

from the recorded track during editing.

Guest Behaviour:-

The CTM team will not hesitate to cease filming at anytime during the wedding day if we are approached by guests under the influence

of Alcohol or any other threatening behaviours towards our team.If there are any such incidents that may cause us offence or possible

damage to ourselves and our equipment then we will vacate the premises immediately.No refund will be made for the missing parts of the filming

due to circumstances out of our control, we will endeavour to edit the remaining footage taken up to the point of the filming being ceased

 and produce a DVD with what footage we have been able to take

.
