Prices include travel expenses and there are no hidden charges for the duration
of your wedding day.
Final Payment is required
before or on the day of the Wedding.
Personal Meetings before the Wedding day:-
At some point before the
Wedding day we can arrange to meet with our customers within
a 60 mile radius of Hull.
This meeting can be used to
discuss and finalise any details before the big day.
This can also be done by email
if the customer prefers contact this way.
As we do not include fuel
costs in our packages up to approx 60 mile radius of Hull, all other personal visit arrangements
outside this radius will be charged against fuel costs etc.
Demo DVD
Customers wishing to arrange a
home visit for demo purposes can do so within approx 60 mile radius.
Visits outside
this radius will be charged against fuel costs etc.
Filming of the Service:-
Permission may be required
from the Church to allow you to have the service filmed.
Packages:-
All our packages include
travel expenses, fuel costs etc to and from the venues.
There are no hidden charges
on any of our packages during the wedding day in the Yorkshire &
Lincolnshire regions .
*Extra charges may occur for
personal visits, Demonstration visits, finished DVD delivery as stated in
the appropriate sections.
Finished DVD Terms:-
DVD DELIVERY TIME - 3-4 WEEKS
4-6 Weeks Peak Time (July - Sept)
All finished DVD's can be
personally delivered within the Hull ,Beverley areas and all regions within
approx 60 mile radius or posted via Recorded delivery if requested*.
*Posted DVD's will only
be sent on receipt of the outstanding balance for guarantee of payment purposes.
All customers outside this
radius with have the DVD's sent via Recorded delivery on receipt of balance of
payment.
A Personal delivery is
available at a charge of
£40
for regions between 60 & 80 mile
radius outside of the Hull area to cover fuel costs etc.
The payment of
£40 must be
received in full along with the balance of payment before delivery can be arranged.
All finished DVD's are edited
to the highest standard and the customer has 100% involvement from start to
completion of the DVD outlay.
We hold a 100% customer
satisfaction record to date and are dedicated in keeping this excellent record
at all times.
Customer care and satisfaction
is our priority.
Any problems / discrepancies
regarding the finished DVD's will be dealt with by C.T.M Videos immediately.
